Here are some Frequently Asked Questions you may also have before you order....
WHEN DO YOU SETUP THE SIGNS?
We start our Pickups/Setups usually around 9:30pm the night prior to your event date scheduled in the booking form, depending on how many Pickup and Deliveries we may have that night will depend on the exact time I arrive at your location. If you would like to arrange a specific time or have me come the day of your event, that can also be arranged, please just call me before hand so we may schedule that time if I am available.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO AFTER I ORDER?
1. Your grass MUST BE WATERED, this makes it much easier for us to place the sign and level it out, if it is not watered this will damage the stakes and we will not be able to place it until it has been watered.
2. DO NOT Mow the lawn the day of or the day before, this also compacts the ground and makes it very difficult for the stakes. This may damage the stakes and we will have to reschedule the setup till the ground has softened, refunds will not be available if you do not want to reschedule so please be sure this does not occur.
WHAT IF I WANT TO MOVE THE SIGN?
If you would like the sign placed in a different location, You must call me to come move it for you! I am available 24/7 The sign is not to be moved! To prevent this if you would like the sign displayed in a specific area, it is best to arrange this before the day of the setup. This is not a problem at all, We are more than happy to accommodate any needs you may have on where and how you would like the sign displayed.
If the sign is moved and any damage to stakes or signs a fee will be assessed for lost or damaged property. The fee Must be paid promptly.

WHEN DO YOU PICK UP THE SIGNS?
The signs are on a 24hr rental basis, Extra Days can be ordered also right before Check-Out, I start my routes at 9:30pm and always retrieve the signs before moving on to my setups. Your sign will be retrieved late in the evening of the day of your celebration unless you have purchased an Extra Day to keep the sign longer then the alotted time.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR THE SIGN BEFORE IT IS DISPLAYED?
YES, a booking form does not Reserve your slot, Payment does! Payment must be made before your spot is guarantied and services are rendered.
CAN I KEEP THE SIGN FOR LONGER THEN 1 DAY?
Yes you can, Extra Days must be added before hand, but the sign can be kept for as long as you desire if those days and booked and paid for ahead of time. The signs are rented for 24hrs and will be placed late in the evening the night before your event date and picked up the next day.
WHAT DOES THE SIGN COME WITH?
Each Setup comes with the Greeting you choose, a name and age are optional but can be included. Balloons, Gifts, Cakes/Cupcakes, Emoji's and extra flair such as stars will also be included. If you have specific needs please call or email me to inquire if they can be accommodated. Somethings may need to be ordered and that can be done for an additional cost. We also have an "Add-On" section just before Checkout with additions you can add to your Yard card as well.
HOW BIG IS THE SIGN?
Each sign comes in multiple pieces it is not just 1 piece so sizes vary but the min size of the sign is 12'-15' FT across. The sign can very easily take up the whole yard, so if you have a smaller yard we can accommodate smaller signs as well.
